A Community for Positive Change
Working together for a sustainable future
About
We’re building a community of people who are engaged with the topics of the environment, climate change, sustainability and the future of our planet and who want to do more to bring about big change.
It’s easy to feel frustrated about the pace of change and unsure of how to do more. We believe that by bringing individuals and organisations together with different expertise and perspectives we can do bigger things and have a greater impact.
We welcome anyone with a personal or professional interest in sustainability who wants to take positive action to bring about change. You don’t need to be an expert, just engaged in the conversation and wanting to make a bigger contribution.
There is power in collective action, let's see what we can do together.

Introducing our Autumn Series of Workshops, 'Imagine a world where...'
We believe that we can create a positive and exciting future that respects and cares for our planet and its biodiversity.
In our highly interactive workshops we'll begin by thinking big and imagining what a better future might look like. By allowing ourselves to break away from the status quo, we can allow ourselves to think more creatively. We'll then us this utopian vision to work out what we can do now individually and together to create realistic change. You can expect to meet like-minded people, feel a part of something bigger than yourself and finish the evening with clear next steps.

For this first event of our Autumn Series "Imagine A World...' join us for an intimate and interactive evening exploring the idea of a garden city. As more and more of us live in an urban environment, how can we adapt our cities and our behaviour to ensure that our air and streets are clean and that we can remain connected to nature?

Produced by the Story of Stuff Project, The Story of Plastic takes a sweeping look at the man-made crisis of plastic pollution and the worldwide effect it has on the health of our planet and the people who inhabit it. Spanning three continents, the film illustrates the ongoing catastrophe: fields full of garbage, veritable mountains of trash, rivers and seas clogged with waste, and skies choked with the poisonous emissions from plastic production and processing. The Story of Plastic features interviews with experts and activists on the frontlines of the fight, revealing the disastrous consequences of the flood of plastic smothering ecosystems and poisoning communities around the world, and the global movement that is rising up in response. With engaging original animation, archival industry footage beginning in the 1930s, and first-person accounts of the unfolding emergency, the film distills a complex problem that is increasingly affecting the planet’s and its residents’ well-being.
